What is the Lightning Process?

It is a training programme which helps you to completely recover permanently from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (m.e.), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (c.f.s.), Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome (p.v.f.s.) and Fibromyalgia. It works equally effectively on anxiety, stress and depression.
